Kulukki Sarbath (Tithi Yoga x Upside Story)

Summers are here to stay for a short while more and you can cool off your heels with this quick and easy recipe for Kulukki Sarbath. It's a sweet and spicy shaken lemonade.



Ingredients:

1 tbsp Soaked sabja seeds

Water as needed

2 lemon slices

2 green chillies

A pinch of salt

4 table spoons of jaggery powder

A few mint leaves

Ice cubes as needed


Method:

Add the sabja seeds to a bowl and soak them in water for 5-7 minutes

Slit a green chilli only partially leaving it intact at the stem

In a glass, add a lemon slice, green chilli, salt, sugar, mint leaves,ice cubes and water.

Transfer to a closed container and stir

Shake it carefully to infuse all the flavours together

Pour the contents into a margarita glass.

Savour every sip. :)
